Shelter Island (clay or hardcourt).

Single Lesson - $185
10-Pack: 10 Private Lessons - $1,750 ($175 per lesson)
20-Pack: 20 Private Lessons - $3,300 ($165 per lesson)

RELEASE

I HEREBY GIVE MY CONSENT TO EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE, INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION, IN THE EVENT OF INJURY OR ILLNESS OF PARTICIPANT.
